What happens once I place my order? When you first place your order you'll get an automated response acknowledging your order. Then we (a real person) will send an email with more information on when your order will be mailed. Then you'll get one more email when your order is shipped and this will include a Delivery Confirmation number.
Do the prices include shipping and handling? Shipping costs are not included. You can see our s/h schedule here.
How strong are your badge holders? I use 49 strand coated steel cable that has a 26 pound breaking point – so they are pretty strong. But that does not mean can’t break one! Catch one just right and beads will go every where. If that happens, gather up what you can and send us an email. We can usually do a little surgery and have it back to you in no time!
What if my purchase breaks? I am a stickler when it comes to quality and standing behind my creations. So if something breaks and it shouldn't – just send it back and I'll se what I can do to make it all better again.
How long will my order take? Most orders are mailed out within 2 or 3 days. If I need to special order stones or beads for a custom order request, it may take a little longer – but you'll know that before you buy!
Can you do it in red, green, or black but with bigger or smaller accents, more silver, longer and or shorter in length? Odds are, your custom request can be made. Please email me to discuss what you'd like.
What about privacy? We will protect your privacy. Information collected will be used only to process and ship your order. Information collected will be treated as confidential and will not be disclosed, sold, rented, or leased to any third party. |
